院内予防について
- 常時換気（換気扇）をしています。
- せき・息切れ・発熱など風邪症状のある方は施術自粛をお願いします。
- 整骨院メンバーは毎朝検温し症状のある場合には自宅待機をします。
- 来院時の健康チェックにて37度以上発熱がある方は、リハビリ・はりきゅう施術を、ご遠慮いただく場合があります。
→強い症状や息苦しさ・咳がありましたら、内科への受診をお願いします。 - 入場を 10 人に制限させていただきます。
- 施術にあたって下記をお願いします。
１）健康チェックシート記入 ２）検温 - 一人施術毎に手洗いうがいをする為お待たせすることがあります。
患者さんの通院お休みをお願いする場合
ケース１）
患者さんのご家族や同居されている方が感染者
（ＰＣＲ検査で陽性反応）になった場合
→2 週間の通院お休みをお願いします 休院はしません
ケース 2）
患者さん自身が感染者（ＰＣＲ検査で陽性反応）になった場合
→残念ではありますが約 2 週間の休院とします。
※休院する場合には、「ケガ・痛みに対する 2 週間の生活指導」を郵送やLINE にてお伝えします。

About in-hospital prevention

If you have a cold symptom such as cough, shortness of breath or fever, please refrain from treatment.
Members of the osteopathic clinic will take a temperature every morning and will wait at home if they have any symptoms.
If you have a fever of 37 degrees or higher in your health check at the time of your visit, we may not be able to carry out rehabilitation or surgery.
→If you have strong symptoms, dyspnea, or cough, please see your doctor.
Admission is limited to 10 people.
Please give the following to the treatment.
1) Fill out a health check sheet 2) Temperature measurement
You may have to wait because you wash your hands after each procedure.
When asking the patient to take a day off from the hospital
Case 1)
The patient’s family and those living together are infected
If it becomes (positive reaction in PCR test)
→Please take a break for 2 weeks.
Case 2)
When the patient becomes an infected person (positive reaction in PCR test)
→ Unfortunately, the hospital will be closed for about 2 weeks.
*If you are going to be hospitalized, we will send you “2 weeks life guidance for injury/pain” by mail or LINE.
